ZenHaven Accessibility Statement

A calmer home should begin with a more usable digital experience.

ZenHaven is committed to making our home organization storefront easier to perceive, navigate, understand, and use for as many people as possible. We approach accessibility as an ongoing part of design, content, customer support, and everyday improvement.

Our commitment

Accessibility is considered across the shopping journey.

Our goal is to align the ZenHaven website with the principles and applicable Level A and Level AA success criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2. Accessibility is not a one-time project, and we continue to review changes as the storefront, products, and supporting content evolve.

  • Use meaningful heading structure and clear content order so pages are easier to scan with assistive technology.
  • Provide descriptive text alternatives for product, storage, and organization imagery when the image communicates useful information.
  • Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators for interactive controls wherever the website experience allows.
  • Maintain readable contrast, legible text sizing, responsive layouts, and touch targets designed for practical use across devices.
  • Write product and organization guidance in direct, understandable language without relying only on color, position, or imagery.
  • Review customer feedback and prioritize barriers that prevent people from finding products, reading information, or contacting support.
Optional reading controls

Adjust this page for a more comfortable reading experience.

These controls affect this accessibility statement only. They are provided as a convenience and do not replace browser, operating system, zoom, screen reader, or other assistive technology settings.

How we approach accessibility

Four principles guide a clearer storefront.

01

Perceivable

Important information should not depend on a single sense. We work to provide readable text, meaningful image descriptions, and clear visual distinction.

02

Operable

People should be able to move through content and controls using different input methods, including keyboard navigation where supported.

03

Understandable

Navigation, labels, product information, and support paths should be consistent, readable, and written in clear language.

04

Robust

We aim to use semantic, standards-aware markup that can work more reliably with current browsers and assistive technologies.

Website considerations

Features we consider in design and content.

The exact experience can vary by page, browser, device, theme component, and third-party service. These are the areas we actively consider when reviewing ZenHaven.

Readable content

We aim for clear type sizes, comfortable line spacing, strong contrast, plain-language product descriptions, and layouts that adapt without hiding essential information.

Text, contrast, spacing, and responsive flow

Keyboard access

Interactive elements should have a logical order, visible focus, understandable names, and controls that do not require precise pointer movement whenever the website structure permits.

Focus, order, labels, and operable controls

Meaningful media

Storage and organization images that add information should include specific alternative text. Decorative visual elements should not create unnecessary announcements.

Alternative text and purposeful visual content

Flexible viewing

Pages are designed to reflow across desktop, tablet, and mobile widths, with controls and content intended to remain readable when users adjust browser zoom.

Shopping and product information

Product details should support informed choices.

Home organization depends on dimensions, materials, room placement, and intended use. We work to present these details clearly so shoppers can compare storage essentials without relying only on photography.

  • Product names and descriptions should identify the purpose of the organizer in clear language.
  • Dimensions and material information should be presented as text when available.
  • Color should not be the only way to communicate selection, status, or important information.
  • Support remains available when a product detail or organization instruction is difficult to access.
Known limitations and boundaries

Some experiences may not yet work equally well for every visitor.

Accessibility can be affected by theme updates, browser behavior, user settings, embedded services, payment technology, and content supplied by third parties. We do not claim that every page or interaction is free of barriers.

Third-party services

Checkout, payment, account, review, social, or embedded tools may be provided by other companies. Their accessibility can vary and may be outside ZenHaven's direct technical control.

Legacy or changing content

Older content and newly added theme features may require additional review. We aim to address meaningful barriers as they are identified.

Assistive technology differences

Results may vary across combinations of browsers, devices, screen readers, zoom settings, voice input, switch controls, and other assistive technologies.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is reviewed as the store changes.

We use a practical cycle of review, correction, and follow-up rather than treating accessibility as a finished status.

Review Consider structure, keyboard use, focus visibility, contrast, responsive behavior, image descriptions, and clarity of content.
Prioritize Address issues that block product discovery, understanding, checkout-related preparation, or access to customer support.
Improve Update content, styling, labels, interactions, or technical implementation where a practical correction is available.
Listen Use customer feedback to identify barriers that automated checks or internal review may not reveal.

Frequently asked

Accessibility support and feedback.

Clear information helps us understand the barrier and respond more effectively.

What information should I include when reporting an accessibility issue?
Please describe the page or feature, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and any browser, device, or assistive technology details you are comfortable sharing. A screenshot is optional and should not include sensitive information.
Can I request product information in another accessible format?
Yes. Contact ZenHaven with the product or category and the information you need. We will review the request and provide a reasonable alternative when the information is available to us.
Does this statement guarantee complete WCAG conformance?
No. This statement describes our accessibility goal, current approach, and support process. We do not represent that every page, feature, or third-party service fully conforms in every technology combination.
What should I do if I cannot complete a task on the website?
Contact ZenHaven by email, phone, or the contact page. Explain the task you are trying to complete and the point where the barrier occurs so we can consider an accessible way to assist.
How quickly will ZenHaven respond?
Response time can vary with the nature of the request. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback and review the available next steps as promptly as practical.
